Stinne Richter Berg primarily works with insurance law and law of tort, including in particular professional liability for attorneys, accountants, executive officers and financial institutions. Stinne joined TVC Law Firm in 2007 after having completed her PhD at Aarhus University. Stinne was admitted to the Danish Bar in 2010 and to the Supreme Court in 2018.
Stinne represents companies, individuals and professional advisers, including insurance companies, in actions for damages and insurance cases. In addition, Stinne conducts tax and VAT cases both before the administrative appeals tribunals and the courts.
