Mads Klindt Kjærgaard Sørensen primarily works with insurance law and law of tort, including in particular liability for attorneys, accountants, real estate agents and executive officers. Mads also represents clients in tax cases. Mads joined TVC Law Firm in 2010 and was admitted to the Danish Bar in 2016.
Mads helps insurance companies, businesses, private individuals and professional advisers conduct actions for damages and insurance cases, both in and out of court. Mads also represents this client group in tax cases before the administrative appeals tribunals and the courts.
