Henrik Rahbek

Henrik Rahbek is lawyer and partner in TVC Law Firm. Since 2008 Henrik has specialised in public law, including in particular cases concerning taxes and duties. He has a right of audience before the High Court and has conducted a large number of cases before the administrative appeals tribunals and the courts all over the country. Henrik is also a part-time lecturer at Aarhus University where he teaches public law and tax law.

Henrik assists both companies and private individuals. He emphasises the importance of being available, and his clients are welcome to contact him at any time. 

Finally, Henrik can also handle any criminal law issues if the authorities send a case for liability assessment for violation of the tax legislation.
