In 2017 Anders Ørgaard joined the TVC Law Firm, where he primarily works with insolvency law.
Anders is dealing with case management in estates in bankruptcy and reconstructions. He has a long experience in working with distressed companies. Furthermore, Anders runs a number of litigation cases including bankruptcy cases in which he has both experience in representing the estate and the defendant.
Anders acquired the PhD degree in 2006 on a dissertation concerning the arbitration agreement. Alongside his employment at TVC Law Firm, Anders is a professor of education at Aalborg University, where he teaches bankruptcy, reconstruction, pantheon, execution law and contract law.
